Some of us have a powerful internal urge to forage and hunt for fruits.
Some travel the world, discovering new fruits and bringing their seeds home to grow.
Some brave the jungles with a machete and compass alone.
Brian Laufer, one of the founding members of our group, is one of them.
Others visit local farmers' markets, botanical gardens or gardens of other fruit enthusiasts to discover new fruits.
COVID stopped almost all of long distance travel for us, but hopefully the pandemic ends in 2022
and we will resume our fruit-hunting adventures in other countries soon.
It's fun to grow fruits from seeds, but even more fun to taste the fruits before growing them!
